Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Thunderbird Canyon! We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped

Rug Processing and Shipping Time:

  • To guarantee you receive the highest quality product, we craft our rugs specifically to order. When you place an order, your rug is made just for you, rather than being pulled from inventory. This process takes time, so we kindly ask for up to two weeks from the day you place your order to when it ships. Once we receive your rug order we schedule it for production. We ship most rug orders within 15 days. After all, great things are worth the wait! 

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $99.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship only within the Continental United States.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Missing or Damaged Items:

  • If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Changes:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
